Insulation Removal & Replacement in York, PA

Insulation removal and replacement is needed when insulation is wet from roof leaks, soiled by mice or squirrels, smoke-damaged, or so disturbed it does little. In older York homes we also find attics insulated two or three times over with little air sealing underneath.

How it works

We vacuum loose fill out with hoses run from outside and bag batts by hand, protecting the house. With the attic floor clear we can seal every gap, then reinsulate to depth.

Vermiculite

Vermiculite may contain asbestos and must be tested first. If positive, a licensed abatement contractor removes it.
